Example of actual diet menu for apples.

Day 1

In the beginning of the week you are going to eat apples only throughout the day, as you wish. Also you have to drink at least 2 liter of water per day.

Day 2

Breakfast: apples (for as many as you want).

Lunch: Bread, a side of green salad dressed with lemon or vinegar, with a slice of cottage cheese.

Dinner: Apples

Day 3

Breakfast: A toasted whole wheat bread, turkey slice / 1 or 2 apples.

Lunch: salad (v. 1 green salad)

Dinner: Apples

Protein diet: the diet that loads with palatable foods which let you lose weight quick as well as safely without having a rebound effect.

Day 4

Breakfast: Whole wheat bread + Turkey’s 1 slice + Apple 1

Lunch: Steam veggie salad, tinned tuna with no oil added.

Dinner: A bowl of Riceflakes with a cup of SkimMilk.

Day 5

Breakfast: Fruits, eggs, and bread like multigrain bread.

Lunch: Seasoned lettuce, tomato, and cucumber with grilled chicken.

Dinner: Apples
